Yes, for select products like business cards or packaging, we can provide a sample before you commit to a bulk run.

Almost always resolution. Images need roughly 300 DPI at their final printed size — an image that looks sharp on screen at 72 DPI will look soft on paper. For logos and text, send vector artwork instead, which stays crisp at any size.

Bleed is 3mm of extra artwork extending past the trim line. Sheets shift slightly during cutting, so without bleed you may get thin white edges. Keep important text and logos at least 4mm inside the trim line as well.

Yes. You receive a digital PDF proof to approve before anything goes to press. For large runs, packaging and colour-critical work we can also produce a physical sample. Nothing is printed until you confirm.

Yes, we deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE, with a separate delivery charge applied to your order. If you'd prefer a faster or self-arranged option, you can also book your own delivery through popular Dubai courier apps like Careem or Porter for pickup from our Al Karama location.

Yes. Unlike large offset houses that allow over- or under-runs, we supply the quantity you ordered. If a job requires a small overage for setup, you receive the extras at no charge.

If the error is ours — wrong colour, wrong material, poor trimming or a fault against the approved proof — we reprint at our cost. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the job with photos. If the error was present in the approved artwork, we will reprint at a reduced rate.
